not have crosshairs on every weapon.

Numpad 8: Unlock Weapons – toggle this on, and when you enter the
custom loadout screen, most weapons, gadgets, and explosives
are unlocked to use.

current equipped main weapon while at the custom loadout
screen, the camo selection screen will open and you can
select any camo pattern.
